What is a Steam key?
A Steam key is a code you redeem on your Steam account to add a game to your library. After you redeem it, the game works like any game you bought in the Steam store.
How fast will I get my key?
Keys are sent by email after payment goes through. If yours has not arrived after a few minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us with your order email.
Will the key work in my country?
Each game page lists where the key can be redeemed under "Redeemable in". Check it before you buy. If a key is region-locked and you are outside that region, it will not activate.
Do I need a Steam account?
Yes. Make a free account at Steam first, then follow the steps on our How it works page.
My key says it is already used. What now?
Contact us within 14 days of your order with your order email and the game name. We will check the key and replace it or refund you. See the refund policy for details.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if a key does not work. The refund policy explains what is covered and how to ask.
Is Arkal part of Steam or Valve?
No. Arkal is an independent store. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve Corporation.
